STATNETT SF IS CONTEMPLATING NOK AND/OR SEK GREEN BOND ISSUES
 
Statnett SF, rated A+/A2 (Stable/Stable) by S&P and Moody's, has mandated Handelsbanken and SEB to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Norway and Sweden on 3-4 March 2020 where the company will present its Green Bond Framework. A NOK and/or SEK-denominated benchmark transaction(s) with tenors of 3-8 years may follow, subject to market conditions.
 
SEB has acted as sole structuring advisor for Statnett's Green Bond Framework which has obtained the highest possible shading of Dark Green and governance score of Excellent from CICERO.
